Our Missionary Family

Bodine Baptist Church is the proud sponsor of Bro. Karl Andersson, his wife Masayo and their children, Joshua, Hannah, and Maria, as missionaries to the island of Izena and also the village of Nago, in Okinawa, Japan. Bro. Andersson and his family are faithful missionaries doing a wonderful work for the glory of the Lord since 1995. Sunday services are conducted each Sunday in the village of Nago and services are conducted each Friday on the Island of Izena. Bro. Karl also ministers in a Japanese public school in Nago, teaching several classes the English language using the Bible.

Our Faith Purpose Missionaries

Bodine Baptist Church is privileged to support over thirty mission efforts at home and abroad. These ministries are supported through our Faith Purpose program in which individual church members and/or families annually purpose to support one or more missionaries of God's choosing.  This affords our membership personal and intimate involvement with the missionary and their field.
